ZYGZAK collar with RAINBOW classic buckle is handmade, to size – the given circumference of the dog’s neck is punched on the middle (third) of the five holes. Holes are placed every 2.5 cm in the axes (in collars made of webbings with a width of 2.5 cm) and every 1.5 cm in the axes (in collars made of webbings with a width of 1.6 cm) – MODIFICATION OPTION (CONTACT US)

If you choose 25 mm wide tape, the total width of the collar is 35 mm (tape wrapped with paracord), while if you choose 16 mm tape, the total width of the collar is 25 mm (tape wrapped with paracord).

Personalization of the collar: it is possible to engrave any inscription (permanent laser-burned engraving) on the loop, such as the dog’s name, contact number, address, etc.

The materials used to make the ZYGZAK collar with RAINBOW classic buckle are paracord and strong polyvinyl chloride (PVC) webbing covered with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

The type of paracord used is a very soft and light rope, about 4 mm in diameter. It consists of 7 thin inner fibers, intertwined with two even thinner ones, placed in a dense braid. Due to the fact that the fibers are tightly connected with each other, paracord is very strong – its load capacity reaches 250 kg (in laboratory conditions). It is made of nylon and polyester. It can be washed by hand (for example, with warm soapy water). Paracord should not be exposed to direct sunlight (drying at room temperature or in the open air is recommended).

PVC/TPU tapes are resistant to water, sweat, chemicals, UV radiation, weather, bacteria and do not wipe fur. The outer layer of the tapes is not abraded, and its properties remain constant regardless of temperature. The material is easy to maintain (it can be cleaned with soapy water), and despite its thickness, it remains flexible.

The paint used to color the engraver may wear off (in particular, washing with hot water and brushing and using detergents is discouraged). Washing with a damp cloth is recommended.

The classic buckles and half wheels are made of stainless steel, covered with a silicone coating – this coating may be subject to abrasion.

Chicago-type screws are used in the creation of the collars, while brass fittings are brass rivets.

Black, rosegold and neochrome fittings are lacquered – the lacquer will wear off depending on how and how intensively the product is used. These elements are subject to corrosion.

Brass fitting will work well in contact with salt water – it is resistant to rust.
