Paracord leash - Dignis Braid

Handmade paracord leash, made to size – MODIFICATION OPTION (ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A DIFFERENT SIZE? CONTACT US )

The leash is ended with a handle, attached to the paracord with a metal ring, made of dirt-resistant and waterproof PVC/TPU tape, 25 mm wide. The length of the handle – 25 cm.

As standard, the leash is equipped with a small snap hook, 66 mm long (optionally, it is possible to replace the snap hook with a larger one – 80 mm long).

The width of the leash is +/- 18 mm

A metal frame is attached to the handle, to which you can attach, for example, a sachet for treats or a container with bags.

Personalization of the leash: the possibility to engrave any inscription (permanent laser-burned engraving) on the handle (inside or outside), such as the dog’s name, contact number, address, etc.

The materials used for the paracord leash are paracord and strong polyvinyl chloride (PVC) webbing covered with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or natural leather.

The type of paracord used is a very soft and light rope, about 4 mm in diameter. It consists of 7 thin inner fibers, intertwined with two even thinner ones, placed in a dense braid. Due to the fact that the fibers are tightly connected with each other, paracord is very strong – its load capacity reaches 250 kg (in laboratory conditions). It is made of nylon and polyester. It can be washed by hand (for example, with warm soapy water). Paracord should not be exposed to direct sunlight (drying at room temperature or in the open air is recommended).

PVC/TPU tapes are resistant to water, sweat, chemicals, UV radiation, weather, bacteria and do not wipe fur. The outer layer of the tapes is not abraded, and its properties remain constant regardless of temperature. The material is easy to maintain (it can be cleaned with soapy water), and despite its thickness, it remains flexible.

Natural vegetable-tanned leather, dyed with non-toxic water-based dyes and properly protected with natural fats and wax.

NATURAL LEATHER CARE:

if the leather gets wet, allow it to dry naturally;
from time to time apply a bit of wax to leather to help maintain its functionality and natural appearance;
leather is a natural material – its surface may show slight differences in color, small imperfections – that is its charm;
do not let the leather get saturated with water – it may cause loss of elasticity, leave marks on the leather.

Possible SPLASH effects and coloring of the engraving will be made with a special paint. The paint may wear off (in particular, washing the collar with hot water and brushing and using detergents is discouraged). Washing with a damp cloth is recommended.

The handle is painted one-sided (from the outside).

Chicago-type screws are used in the creation of the lanyard, while brass fittings are brass rivets.

Black, rosegold and neochrome fittings are lacquered – the lacquer will wear off depending on how and how intensively the product is used. These elements are subject to corrosion.

Brass fitting will work well in contact with salt water – it is resistant to rust.

We do not have stock – accessories are made to individual customer order. Non-refurbished product – not returnable.
